They work with students, police, and other community groups to promote safety and help prevent future exploitation.

Founded by Simon and Aleeza Berman, Offer Kindness transforms surplus backyard fruit into fresh food for neighbors in need. By rescuing produce that would otherwise go to waste, volunteers reduce food waste, strengthen community connections, and nourish families with dignity and care.

Khadra El Sana

Founded by Bedouin women in Israel’s Negev, Sidreh empowers women through traditional weaving, education, and economic opportunity. By preserving cultural heritage while creating sustainable livelihoods, Sidreh helps women gain financial independence, strengthen leadership, and build more resilient communities.

Speaking Jerusalem, co-directed by Suzan Sayyed and Lior Urian, brings Jewish and Palestinian residents of Jerusalem into honest conversation across political, religious, and cultural divides. Through dialogue, storytelling, and shared learning, participants build trust, deepen understanding, and model a more hopeful future for their city.

Founded by Ronnie-Lee Sneh, Street Medicine Tel Aviv brings compassionate medical care and social support directly to people experiencing homelessness. Through consistent street outreach, volunteer healthcare professionals build trust, deliver lifesaving treatment, reduce stigma, and create pathways toward recovery, dignity, and long-term support.

Rooted in the experience of different roles in the foster care system, Walter Ritz and Brandi Robinson launched Sunflower of Westchester to help foster children and families thrive. Through mentorship, life-skills training, and family support, Sunflower creates brighter futures rooted in compassion, resilience, and community.
