Last week Good People Fund grantee Daniella Seltzer, co-founder of JLM Food Rescuers, was honored by Elluminate in New York as one of their ten visionary women selected for this year’s cohort, an exciting and well-deserved recognition of her leadership and impact.
Through JLM Food Rescuers, Daniella and her team recover surplus food that would otherwise go to waste and redirect it to individuals and families who need it most, while also mobilizing volunteers and strengthening communities in Jerusalem. Their work addresses hunger and waste through a lens of dignity and community.
While in the United States, Daniella added on a few gatherings, including one in Baltimore and one in the Washington, DC, area, which became a wonderful excuse for a Good People Fund reunion.
